COUNTRY COLESLAW 
4 c. cabbage, shredded
1 can shoepeg corn, drained
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 sm. jar pimento
1/4 c. chopped green olives
1/3 c. diced or shredded Cheddar cheese

Mix together.

DRESSING:

1 c. salad dressing
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
4 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. celery seed

Mix well. Pour over cabbage mixture and toss. Cover and chill.
