COUNTRY COLESLAW 
6 c. finely shredded cabbage
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
3/4 c. dairy sour cream
6 tbsp. mayonnaise or salad dressing
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Dash of pepper
Paprika

Combine cabbage and onion. Place in large salad bowl. Blend together sour cream, mayonnaise, salt, mustard and pepper. Pour over cabbage. Toss to distribute dressing. Sprinkle lightly with paprika. Makes 8 servings.
