EASY TURKEY TETRAZZINI 
8 oz. spaghetti, cooked
2 c. turkey or chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. onion, chopped
Milk
Cheddar cheese (optional)
Salt and pepper

Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Cut meat into bite size pieces. Spray casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray. Combine soup and 3/4 soup can of milk in casserole dish. Stir in meat, onion and spaghetti. Salt and pepper to taste. If desired, add grated Cheddar for added flavor and creaminess (about 1/4 to 1/2 cup); stir in. Heat in 350 degree oven for 30-45 minutes or until bubbly.
