HOT CRABMEAT DIP 
2 lb. backfin lump crabmeat
2 c. (1 lb.) American mild cheese, grated
1 stick butter
4 tbsp. flour
4 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. horseradish
1 1/2 c. milk

Melt butter in pan, then stir in everything else except crab and cheese. In separate bowl, grate cheese then mix with crabmeat, put in baking dish and pour sauce over crab and cheese. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve warm in chafing dish.
