2 1/2 c sugar
2/3 c white syrup
1 c cream
3 c raw peanuts
1 t vanilla
red food coloring

Mix sugar, syrup, cream and peanuts together. Cook for 1 hr over very low heat. Stir occasionally to keep from scorching. Add vanilla and red food color (as desired). Beat until creamy and spoon out on wax paper to form patties.
