ITALIAN ZUCCHINI PIE 
4 c. sliced zucchini
1 c. chopped onion
6 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. basil
2 eggs, well beaten
8 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
8 oz. crescent rolls
2 tsp. mustard (prepared)
1 lb. pork sausage, optional

Cook zucchini and onion in butter stir in seasonings. Blend eggs and cheese together then add to vegetable mix. Separate dough and spread in 11 pie pan spread mustard and pour in vegetable mix. Bake at 375 degrees 20 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes.
