FAT FREE CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 c. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
4 egg whites
1 c. water
1/2 c. light or dark corn syrup
Non-stick cooking spray

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9-inch pan with non-stick agent. In large bowl combine flour, sugar, cocoa, cornstarch, soda, and salt. Stir until well mixed.

In medium bowl whisk egg whites with the water and corn syrup. Stir into dry ingredients, mixing until smooth.

Pour into prepared pan. Bake 30 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched. Cool on wire rack 10 minutes.
