FRESH VEGETABLE DIP 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 pkg. Italian dressing (4 Seasons)
Tomato juice for dip consistency
Celery and carrot sticks, cauliflower bits, green peppers, etc.

Mix room temperature cheese with dressing. Add enough juice for dipping consistency. Serve with vegetables. NOTE: This is a good recipe for summer appetizers. It does not need refrigeration.
