8 slices bread
1 tbsp. mustard
3/4 c. milk
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
Dash of pepper
2 tbsp. celery
1 c. shredded cheese
1/8 tsp. dry mustard

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Toast bread, butter on both sides. Cook and stir meat, onion, celery, mustard and salt until meat is brown and onion is tender. Alternate layers of toast, meat mixture and cheese in greased 9 x 9 inch baking pan. mix remaining ingredients; pour over layers in pan. Bake uncovered 30 to 35 minutes.
