TOFU SPINACH QUICHE 
1 brick crumbled tofu
3/4 c. nutritional food yeast
1 pkg. frozen spinach (chopped & cooked)
Garlic powder to taste
Salt
1 (8 oz.) pkg. mushrooms, cut & sauteed
2 lg. saute onions, cut up

Mix well together. Pour into baked 9-12 inch pie plate. Top with uncooked crust. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.
