POPPY SEED BREAD 
1 box yellow cake mix
3 oz. pkg. toasted coconut pudding or coconut custard pie filling (Jello or Royal brand, but not instant)
4 eggs
1 tbsp. poppy seeds
1/2 c. oil
1 c. hot water

Mix all together. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Use 3 small loaf pans or 1 bundt pan.
