1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
5 c. flour (or more)
6 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. orange juice

ICING:

1 tbsp. butter
1 box confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Food coloring

Mix ingredients in order given. When flour gets too thick to stir start adding orange juice. (Baking powder and soda should be well mixed into last cup flour.) Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Roll cookies into small balls and place on greased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes. When cool, frost with icing.

Icing: Heat butter in milk. Mix with sugar, add vanilla and food coloring. Pour with spoon on cookies.
