QUICK AND WONDERFUL POTATO SOUP 
2 cans Campbell's chicken broth
1 can Campbell's beef broth
3 cans water
4 or 5 potatoes
1 c. celery
1/2 med. onion
1 sm. can mushrooms (opt.)
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. flour
Muenster cheese

Combine liquids and vegetables. Cut into bite size pieces and cook until vegetables are tender, approximately 15 minutes. While vegetables are cooking make a thickener of butter and flour. In small frying pan melt butter over medium high heat. Add flour and stir constantly until mixture is golden brown. Add mushrooms to vegetable mixture; bring to a boil. Add thickener. Serve in flat bowls. Add grated Muenster cheese to top of each serving.
