STRAWBERRY HOLIDAY SALAD 
2 (3 oz. each) pkgs. strawberry gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 (1 lb.) can whole berry cocktail sauce
1 (1 lb.) pkg. frozen strawberries
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained

TOPPING:

1 c. heavy cream
2 tbsp. salad dressing
1/2 tsp. sugar

Dissolve gelatin in water. Add cranberry sauce, frozen strawberries and pineapple. Chill in 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread gelatin salad with topping mixture.
