5 lb. potatoes, cooked and mashed
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. half & half
1 stick butter
1 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. table salt

Bake uncovered 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Can be prepared the day before and frozen. When ready to cook, take out of freezer and bake as directed above.
