SCALLOPED ZUCCHINI 
1 lg. zucchini, thinly sliced (about 4 cups)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Spread zucchini slices in the bottom of a greased shallow casserole. Mix mayonnaise with garlic and dill weed and spread over zucchini. Bake, uncovered, in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes; then sprinkle with bread crumbs and cheese, and bake for another 15 minutes. Serves 5 to 6.
