3 or 4 slices bacon, cut up 2 lbs. pork steak (1 lb. plus after fat cut out), cut across grain in long slivers Ham, cubed - 1/3 to portion of pork 1 onion, sliced thin Green beans, 1 lb. fresh French cut or frozen French cut (I use my home canned diagonal cut beans) 1 lg. carrot, sliced diagonally & julienned Fresh ginger, 1 slice mashed Noodles Brown in hot - hot skillet on high heat; first the bacon then add pork and onion. Add some salt, pepper and little bit of garlic salt. Add ham, beans, carrot. Cover, simmer 10 minutes. Add a bit more salt and pepper, to taste. Cook package Kluski noodles according to package directions. Drain. Heat tablespoon peanut oil, mix in noodles to glaze. Mix noodles with meat mixture and top with shredded eggs. SHREDDED EGGS: 2 eggs 3/4 tsp. soy sauce Pinch of M.G. (optional) Beat, fry in oil coated skillet like a pancake. Cut in thin slivers. |
