SALMON PATE | |
1 lb. canned salmon, flaked 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 tbsp. lemon juice 2 tbsp. grated onion 1 tsp. horseradish 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke Dash of Tabasco Combine and mix thoroughly all ingredients. Chill several hours. Roll into a ball and roll in 1/2 cup minced parsley and 1/2 cup nuts. Can be frozen for later use. (If you use smoked salmon, omit liquid smoke.) |
