SPINACH CASSEROLE | |
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach or fresh 2 c. cream style cottage cheese 1/4 c. butter, cut up 1 and 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, cubed 3 eggs, beaten 1/4 c. flour 1 tsp. salt Soak fresh spinach in water to clean. Break off stems and discard. Shred leaves. Combine all ingredients in well greased crock pot. Cover and cook on high 1 hour and then on low 4 to 5 hours. |
