CHICKEN OR VEAL PAPRIKASH 
5 to 6 lbs. cut up stewing chicken
2 lg. onions, chopped
1 lb. green pepper, chopped
Clove of garlic, crushed
1 tbsp. Hungarian paprika
1 lg. ripe tomato, chopped
1 tbsp. Accent
Chopped parsley

Saute vegetables and seasonings, until golden add 8 oz. water, then add salted chicken. Cook over medium heat for one hour more paprika may be added to your own taste. Mix: 2 tbsp. sour cream 2 tbsp. heavy cream

Remove chicken to platter, add flour mixture to gravy and mix until smooth. Pour over chicken. Serve with dumplings or rice. You may also use Veal in place of the chicken.
