SAUSAGE BISCUITS HORS D'OEUVRES 
8 oz. extra sharp cheese, grated
1 lb. hot bulk pork sausage
2 c. Bisquick

Combine the ingredients. Work in sausage and cheese well. Drop and shape on cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees until nice and brown. Serve hot. Can freeze and serve.
