RHUBARB CAKE 
5 c. diced rhubarb
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
1 c. sugar
3 c. miniature marshmallows
1 pkg. yellow cake mix

Butter a 9 x 13 inch pan, then layer rhubarb, jello (sprinkle on), sugar and marshmallows. Mix cake mix and pour over top of layers and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Turn upside down on foil covered cookie sheet. Serve plain or with Cool Whip or ice cream. Good hot or cold!
