SWEET POTATO CAKE 
5 lbs. sweet potatoes
2 cans Carnation cream
1/2 lb. butter
2 eggs
4 tbsp. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cinnamon

Boil potatoes until done. Add butter and sugar; mix well. Stir in milk, eggs, cinnamon, flour and baking powder. Beat with mixer by hand until smooth. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
