GARLIC PULL-APART BREAD
1 lb. loaf frozen bread dough
1/4 c. (1/2 stick unsalted or 1 stick salted) butter
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tbsp. beaten egg
1 tsp. garlic salt

Thaw bread until it can be sliced (approximately 20 minutes). Cut into 15 pieces. Melt butter, stir in parsley, egg and salt. Roll bread pieces into balls and dip each into mixture, coating completely.

Arrange in single layer in 9 x 5 inch loaf pan (buttered). Let rise in warm draft free area until doubled (approximately 2 1/2 hours).

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake until top is golden brown, about 25 minutes. Cool in pan slightly before serving.
