2 c. buttermilk
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
4 eggs
1/4 c. melted butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine all ingredients in blender container. Blend at low speed for 3 minutes. Pour into greased 9-inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve warm or cool, plain or topped with fruit.
