ZITI AL FORNO 
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
3 c. milk
1 c. diced Mozzarella
1/2 c. grated Parmesan
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. grated onion
1 tbsp. steak sauce
8 oz. ziti
4 med. tomatoes
1 tsp. salt and pepper

Preheat oven at 325. Melt butter in large pot, add flour and blend until smooth. Add milk and stir until thickened. Add cheeses, onion, steak sauce, salt and pepper. Stir constantly until cheese melts. Cook and drain ziti. Add cheese mixture. Put half into a greased 2 quart casserole and place 1/2 of the tomatoes on top and repeat. Sprinkle with Parmesan on top and bake for 20 minutes. Broil an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbling. Serves 4-6.
