1 med. zucchini/eggplant, sliced
1 med. onion, sliced
2 med. tomatoes, sliced

Layer zucchini, onion, tomatoes. Sprinkle with salt and herb seasoning. Cover with bread crumbs. Place pats of butter over. Bake in MW on high 10-15 minutes or until forks done.

If use herb seasoned bread crumbs, don't put seasoning.
