MRS. ELISE'S CHICKEN SALAD 
1 (3 lb.) fryer or equivalent thighs and breasts
4 parts Dukes mayonnaise to 1 part Miracle Whip mayonnaise
2 tbsp. Durkee's special dressing or more to taste
Black pepper to taste
Red pepper to taste
1/2 tbsp. white vinegar
Sometimes a little lemon juice
About 2 c. finely chopped celery
About 6 or 7 boiled eggs, mashed with fork

Usually add eggs and celery last. Add chicken broth, 2-3 tablespoons. Taste and add more if needed.
