CHINESE CHICKEN WINGS 
4 lbs. chicken wings (6-8 thighs or drumsticks may be substituted)
1 c. salad oil
1/2 c. soy sauce
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. monosodium glutamate (MSG) (opt.)

Cut off wing tips and separate at wing joint. Wash and pat dry. Marinate in refrigerator overnight in oil, soy sauce, ginger, lemon juice and MSG. Place in shallow pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, then at 450 degrees for 15 minutes, basting occasionally, only with marinade. Serves 4.
