G.'S FRIENDLY ANGEL CHEESECAKE 
1 ready-crust graham cracker pie crust
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. (1/2 pt.) sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) container frozen whipped topping

Beat softened cheese until smooth; beat in sugar. Blend in sour cream and vanilla. Fold in whipped topping. Blend well. Spoon into crust. Chill 4 hours until set. May top with pie filling such as blueberry or cherry. For a different party dip, omit the pie crust and spoon cheesecake mixture in a bowl. Serve with graham crackers and fresh fruit for dipping.
