BANANA MUFFINS 
1/4 c. shortening
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. Bisquick
1 c. mashed ripe bananas

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease muffin pan. Cream shortening and sugar. Combine remaining ingredients; mix until well blended. Pour into prepared pan. Bake about 20 to 30 minutes. Cool, then eat. HINT: Ripened bananas can be frozen until ready to use. Makes 12 muffins.
