SMOKED SAUSAGE SUPPER 
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
6 oz. tomato paste
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. apple juice or cider
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
16 oz. stewed tomatoes
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. basil leaves
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 lb. smoked sausage
1 (7 oz.) pkg. Creamettes elbow macaroni

In skillet, cook onions and green pepper in butter until tender. Do not brown. Add 1 can tomatoes, tomato paste and seasonings. Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.

In 10-inch skillet, bring cider to boil. Add sausage; cover and simmer 10 minutes.

Prepare macaroni according to package. Drain. Arrange macaroni on warm platter with sausage and sauce. Serve immediately. Serves 6-8.
