CHICKEN CAPRINI 
Chicken Caprini Flour (seasoned flour, salt & pepper, oregano) chicken breast strips
artichoke hearts
mushrooms
capers
diced tomatoes w/basil, garlic, and oregano
minced garlic
fresh parsley

Sauté chicken strips in butter and splash of olive oil, add mushrooms. capers, parsley, garlic, and artichoke hearts w/splash of artichoke juice. Then, add diced tomatoes, basil, oregano, and garlic to pan.

Sauté on low, serve w/ steamed vegetables.
