HUNGARIAN TURKEY STUFFING
(JOLTOTT PULYKA)
 
1 turkey, 18 lbs. or more
3 loaves day old bread
1 lb. bacon
1 turkey liver
1/2 grated onion
4 fresh eggs, beaten
4 hard boiled eggs - quartered

Wet then squeeze bread and put in large bowl. Fry cubed bacon and fry until crisp. Remove from skillet then fry liver in grease. Remove and chop into cubes add fresh eggs, bacon, hard boiled eggs, liver to bread and mix lightly. Pour all of cooled bacon grease over this and mix. Stuff turkey. Put leftover stuffing in a greased bread pan and bake 25 minutes. Bake turkey 6-8 hours depending on size.
