ICE BOX FRUIT CAKE | |
1 box graham cracker crumbs 1 box raisins 1 lb. chopped pecans 1 (10 oz.) pkg. marshmallows 1 pkg. frozen coconut 1 c. milk 1 lg. container candied fruit mix 1 stick butter In large pan put graham cracker crumbs, raisins, pecans, fruit and coconut; mix well. Melt butter in cup of milk. Slowly add marshmallows until all are dissolved. Pour over other ingredients and mix. Place in bundt pan or 2 loaf pans. Refrigerate overnight. (May sprinkle confectioners' sugar over cake to keep from being sticky.) |
