ORANGE PEP-UP 
1 c. chilled orange juice
1 c. cold milk
1 c. sliced carrots
1/4 c. non-instant powdered milk
1 to 3 tsp. nutritional yeast
1/4 c. toasted wheat germ
Honey (optional)
2 ice cubes

Place all ingredients, except ice cubes, in blender or food processor. With blender on high, drop in ice cubes and blend until mixture is smooth. Makes 3 cups.
