Drizzle olive oil over scrubbed Russet potatoes (or other type) in baking pan (glass is good). Sprinkle with "Spike" brand seasoning or "Lipton" Onion Soup mix. Bake approximately 1 hour at 350 degrees. (I'm told the microwave works too but never dared try it!)
