CREAMED CHICKEN 
4 1/2 c. diced cooked chicken
1/4 c. butter
3 tbsp. flour
Dash of salt
Dash of pepper
1 c. chicken broth
1 c. milk
Biscuits

Blend flour and salt in hot butter. Add broth and milk. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Add chicken and heat thoroughly. Serve on biscuits.
