VANILLA CHIP LEMON BARS 
1 1/4 c. all purpose flour, divided
1 c. granulated sugar, divided
1/3 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. Hershey's vanilla milk chips
1/2 c. frozen egg substitute, thawed
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 tsp. grated lemon peel
Powdered sugar

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In medium bowl, stir together 1 cup flour and 1/4 cup granulated sugar, with pastry blender, cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press mixture onto bottom of 9 inch square baking pan. Bake 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from oven; sprinkle vanilla chips over crust. In medium bowl, stir together egg substitute, lemon juice, lemon peel, remaining 1/4 cup flour and remaining 3/4 cup sugar; carefully pour over chips and crust. Bake 15 minutes or until set. Cool slightly in pan on wire rack; sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cool completely. Cut into bars. About 3 dozen bars.
