OVEN - FRIED CHICKEN 
4 chicken breast halves, skinned
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. celery salt
Salt and pepper to taste

Season chicken with garlic powder. Place chicken and buttermilk in food storage bag; marinate overnight in refrigerator. Drain. Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, paprika, and celery salt. Salt and pepper chicken to taste, if desired. Dredge chicken in bread crumb mixture. Place chicken, breast side up, in shallow baking pan coated with cooking spray. Preheat gas oven to 42 degrees. Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes; turn and bake an additional 10 minutes, or until done. Makes 4 servings.
