BANANA AND SOUR CREAM MOLD 
2 pkg. sm. Jello brand lime or lemon flavor gelatin
2 c. boiling water
1 1/4 c. cold water
1 sm. banana, sliced
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. diced celery
1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans

Dissolve 1 package of the gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water. Add 3/4 cup of cold water and chill until thickened. Stir in banana and spoon into 6 cup ring mold. Chill until set but not firm about 15 minutes.

Meanwhile dissolve remaining gelatin in remaining boiling water. Add remaining cold water and chill until slightly thickened, blend in sour cream. Stir in celery and nuts. Spoon over fruited gelatin in mold. Chill until firm, about 4 hours. Unmold. Garnish with lettuce and walnut halves if desired.
