LEMON CHICKEN FOR THE GRILL 
1 c. white wine
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Juice of 2 lemons & 2 limes
2 to 3 whole chicken breasts, split
2 to 3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp. any or all of the following: chopped fresh parsley, chives, thyme
1/4 c. chopped onion

Blend mustard into wine and then add rest of ingredients except chicken. Stir well. Pour over chicken breasts, cover tightly, marinate in refrigerator at least 2 hours. Grill chicken until done, basting often with marinade liquid.
