GRILLED LEMON CHICKEN 
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
2 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp. sugar
4 skinned chicken breasts or pieces

Mix marinade. Place chicken in marinade, turn several times over 2 to 4 hours. Grill (or broil) 4 inches above coals, 5-7 minutes a side. (This is a very low calorie/cholesterol recipe.)
