NO PEEK CHICKEN | |
1 c. rice, uncooked 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 3 lbs. chicken (not cooked or whatever fits into a 13x9x2 casserole) 1 env. onion soup mix (dry) Mix rice and soups together. Put into the greased casserole. Then lay pieces of chicken on top of rice mixture; sprinkle on the onion soup mix. Cover the casserole with foil (leave top fuller than sides so steam won't pull foil loose). Bake at 250 for 3 hours. Don't peek. It will be done with cooked rice fully seasoned. |
