SHRIMP DIJON 
2 lbs. lg. shrimp, cleaned
1 1/2 sticks (12 tbsp.) butter
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. salt
1-2 cloves garlic
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1/3 c. minced parsley
1/2 c. dry sherry
Dash cayenne pepper
Dash paprika

Cream all together (not shrimp of course). Cook shrimp for 2 minutes just until pink. Rinse under cold water to stop cooking. Spread on bottom of greased casserole and mount butter mixture on top. Bake in a 375°F oven for 20 minutes.
