TWICE BAKED POTATOES | |
6-10 baking potatoes 1/2 - 1 c. sour cream Salt & pepper to taste 1/2 - 1 full pack of Ranch dressing mix, dry 1/2 - 1 c. butter 1/2 - 1 c. sharp cheese, grated Bake potatoes at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. Slice in half lengthwise, scoop out the insides so all you have is the shell. Put the shells in a foil lined baking pan. With potatoes meat in a bowl add sour cream and dry Ranch mix, salt and pepper. Mix and butter. Mix all together if too stiff add a little milk. Refill potato shells, top with cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted. |
