1 box German Chocolate cake mix
1 c. pecans
8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 box confectioner's sugar

Grease and flour 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Cover bottom of pan with pecans. Prepare German Chocolate cake mix according to directions on box and pour over nuts. Mix cream cheese, butter, and confectioner's sugar together and spread over raw cake mix. Put in oven and cook at 350 degrees until done, about 30-45 minutes. Cut in squares and enjoy.
