CROWN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1 (3/4 oz.) pkg. brown gravy mix
1 1/4 c. hot water
Dash of salt
Dash of garlic powder
1/3 c. Hellmann's real mayonnaise
1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated biscuits

Brown beef in skillet over medium heat, stirring frequently; drain fat. Add next 6 ingredients; bring to boil. Remove from heat; stir in mayonnaise. Place mixture in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Flatten biscuits slightly, arrange overlapping around edge of casserole. Brush biscuits with additional real mayonnaise; bake in 425 degree oven 15 minutes or until heated and biscuits are browned. Serves 4 to 6.
