BOTTOM LAYER (CRUST) :

2 c. flour
2 sticks butter
1 c. nuts

Mix all ingredients well. Press dough into bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Bake 20 minutes at 325 degrees. Remove from oven and cool. This can be made a day ahead.

SECOND LAYER (FILLING) :

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners' sugar
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 tsp. vanilla

Whip all ingredients and pour over crust.

THIRD LAYER (FILLING) :

3 sm. pkg. instant pudding (any flavor)
4 c. milk

Mix together and spread over second layer.

FOURTH LAYER (TOPPING) :

1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
