MOZZARELLA TOMATOES 
3 to 4 lg. tomatoes, skinned & sliced into 1/2 to 3/4 inch slices
Italian flavored bread crumbs (sm. container)
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Oregano
Grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, grated

Coat 13 x 9 inch baking dish with oil, sprinkle an even layer of bread crumbs over the oil. Arrange tomato slices in single layer over the crumbs. Then sprinkle a layer of salt, pepper, garlic powder and oregano over the tomatoes to taste. Over this, sprinkle some oil and dust with more bread crumbs. Add a layer of grated cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender. Remove from oven and place shredded Mozzarella over each tomato, return to oven until cheese melts well. These are good as a main or side dish.
